Scholarships

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester offers scholarship opportunities to current BGCGM members and alumni who have been a part of the Club for at least one year. Scholarship opportunities are available for high school seniors and college students (undergraduate and graduate), who are BGCGM alumni. Each scholarship will note qualifications.

The deadline for ALL scholarships is Friday, May 2, 2025.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester Alumni Scholarship

This scholarship welcomes any current or past members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester, who have maintained good standing for a period of at least one year. You must be a high school senior or college student (undergraduate and graduate) to apply.

Jack & Janet Gilbert Memorial Scholarship

Truncellito Family Educational Scholarship

This scholarship welcomes any current or past members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester who have maintained good standing for at least one year and plan to pursue postsecondary education. You must be a graduating high school senior to apply. This scholarship will be awarded to one male and one female annually.

Edmund A. Bednarowski, Jr. Leadership Scholarship

This scholarship is designed to recognize students in the community who share Ed Bednarowski, former President of the Board of Directors’ commitment to service and leadership. You must be a high school senior to apply.

Ricky DiCillo “Hope for the Earth” Scholarship

This scholarship is is meant to provide for a student’s education while they either pursue a degree related to environmental studies or make a meaningfully positive environmental impact on their community. You must be a Manchester high school senior to apply.
